- All goods received cannot be exchanged or returned
- Should you change your mind upon making payment (before the product is shipped out or collected), an admin fee of 5% will be deducted from your refund.

You will enjoy free shipping for bands purchases ONLY (spidercord, mini bands, resistive bands, super loop bands) equivalent or above RM150. This excludes any promotion packages or sale items.
YBell Products
Prices shown are excluding shipping fee. This applies to YBELLs (XS, S, M, L, XL) and YBell Vertical Storage Rack.
Customer will need to arrange for self pick-up or have the product(s) delivered to them with shipping fee, to be calculated separately.

We will repair or replace the unit if it is found to be defective as to workmanship or materials. This warranty does not extend to damage resulting from misuse, neglect or abuse, normal wear and tear, or accident. This warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser.
- The customer is responsible for shipping charges. Please allow a reasonable period of time for completion of repairs or replacement. If the unit is replaced, the replacement unit is covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period dating from the purchase of the original device.

-A one-to-one replacement of the defective Hypervolt / Vyper 3.0 / Hypersphere / Venom series / Ice Compression series product(s) will be provided at PFC Studio.
